my 2003 mercury mountaineer

IF you mean it won't 'start'.... Look in your owners manual index (back of book) for ; Fuel pump cut off switch... When you hit that bump.... It most likely tripped this 'inertia' switch which needs to be reset!.. Now, if you mean won't 'crank'... Check under hood for battery damage.... Depends on the size of the bump you hit!!
