My dome light power windows and blinkers break lights and windshield wipers don't work and I've checked all fuses and relays in all 3 fuse locations all are intact and newly replaced but I still don't have any of the above can you guide me in any direction to start...

These components / accessories are fused in the passenger side fuse box .. Below is a link to a diagram of ALL fuses and fuse boxes: https://www.autogenius.info/pontiac-g6-2008-2009-fuse-box-diagram/ By using a 12 volt test light - ALL FUSES can easily be tested for battery power and continuity. By testing - the problem can be narrowed down to an open supply circuit to the fuse box or failed fuse(s) ..
