Making ticking and slight knocking noise, noise moves from one area to the next.
What is your question?
I have replaced the timing chain, guides sprockets, and tensioner. Also changed out and replaced hydraulic lifters. Put engine back together and the same problem exists. Thinking maybe it could be oil pressure? Not getting to the lifters or valves? And then exhaust is also seeping out more then usual smoke.

No, the reason I had replaced what I did was because of that certain noise. I had just recently purchased the vehicle the way it was, I finally got it too start and noticed the strange noise. I figured it was e timing chain from reading the forums and I figured while I was in there replace the lifters! But it didn't fix problem, seems like deeper in the head, or it's not getting the oils pressure it needs
No, the firing seems right. And nothing in the lower block are seems fowled. It sounds like it's in the head area itself where the noise is coming from. Nothing dropped or fell on the valve area when I replaced the hydraulic injectors.
