Loud ticking sound from engine and oil light comes on, but oil level is full

That's what we were thinking it might be. Just needed some input and opinions from others. However this problem did occur from a light ticking to a loud one in just a minute or so.

if just ticking,maybe lifter.maybe others will chime in on this.needs to be checked at trusted shop.myself,i would not drive untill problem fixed.
