Hello, When new tires are installed, the wheels must be aligned to prevent this. Also, someone may have hit a curb along the way, a big pothole, or you may have an over-inflated airbag, if you have air suspension. Long story short, replace the tire, have an alignment done. If alignment cannot be reached, seek a qualified technician for repairs to the suspension.
Did 'anyone' mention anything about the old tried being worn unevenly when the new tires were installed?
‘IF’ both new front tires were worn down to the steel belts in one weeks time - have the vehicle repaired by a competent auto repair facility ASAP! Something is seriously wrong with the steering / suspension. I find it difficult to believe the tire installers didn’t notice this .. Unless the car was involved in an accident afterwards - or nobody really gave a - - - -.
