What is your question?
Whenever I put the key into the ignition it won't turn at all and the steering wheel isn't locked or anything but still if I turn the steering wheel while trying to turn the key the ignition won't move like it's stuck or something. I have a spare key that isn't programmed to start the car and that one won't even make it turn so I don't think it's the key.

I had a hard time turning key in ignition I had to jiggle it around to get it to turn. I had new key made not copy and it was fixed. Go to dealership and have key made. Your key is probably worn out. The ignition cylinder is sensitive in that car so key will work on doors but wont work in ignition
Lock cylinder failed? How suddenly did this happen? Has it been gradually getting worse?
It just happened the other day unexpectedly. The car has been driving and working just fine until the ignition wouldn't turn anymore. Is the lock cylinder the only possible thing that can be wrong with it?
IF the key still works in the other locks(door , trunk , glove box) , then either the cylinder failed or it's binding in the column , but you said turning the wheel doesn't help , so without being there first-hand to inspect it , I'm going with lock cylinder failure.
