What is your question?
Sometimes car will start right up. Other times it won’t. Not sure if it’s a battery issue or distributor. But the breaks are low I’m not sure if break pressure has anything to do with starting a manual vehicle. When I turn it and it doesn’t go on however there is electricity on the dash. My key is bent slightly. I’m thinking battery but what do you think?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, if your key will not turn - you likely have an ignition cylinder or lock issue. I do not believe electricity figures into turning the key in general.
Suggestion: Contact local auto repair facility for repair arrangements. Roll start vehicle and drive to said auto repair facility for repairs. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops
You’ll need the key on (dash lights on) before attempting roll start. Good luck!
