Just started to have problems (100,000mi) with my 2007 chevy traverse making

Have you checked the transmission fluid level? When was the transmission last serviced (fluid and filter changed)? If the fluid is too low or getting too old (breaking down chemically) or if the filter is becoming clogged these things will cause the transmission to starve for fluid internally and therefore not shift properly.
