Is thier a way to shut off saftey head lights, when I start car

If it has a factory override, info. is in owners guide! Ha.

The headlight switch should have a setting that says "AUTO" or "OFF". If it has "AUTO", then rotate the switch to that setting once and then let it go and it should disable the auto headlights for that ignition cycle. If it has "OFF", then rotate it to that. If it is the DRL (daytime running lights) you are asking about, leave the parking brake applied and they won't come on.
