Ignition locked streering wheel is not

Go ahead and hit the key with some force - hell, it is not functioning as it is now anyway .. By striking the key - you’re trying to force the stuck tumbler inside the lock cylinder to fall into place so key will turn.. Rap on it several times if necessary..
