If changed passenger side tail light bulb and light not coming on, what do I do fromhere

Passenger side tail light is out, I've changed the bulb and it still won't light up. I also have a driver side turn signal that will not come on either, and changed out that light to to no avail. The good news though, is the turn signal works in the driver side mirror. Also, the brights on the driver side doesn't work, so I've wondered if this has anything to do with it s a m module or if it's the containers of the driver side headlight and the tail light holder on the passenger side. Do you know what the typical reasons for this would be? Unfortunately I can't check the fuses cuz they're all considered "electronic" meaning directed from the Sam modules which Harding now there's three of them and all that other stuff. A few of the "electronic" labels on my fuse list is broken in this car. Many work though, which makes me think it's not the Sam modules, like the hazard lights work and some of the other things but it is frustrating. And all the relays functions aren't clear.
