I would like to know how to remove the door pannel to the car door.

the bottom should be held in with snap clips then it lifts off window ledge. remove all switches and handles 1st

Check for screws holding the middle of the panel to the door...unclip the clips on the sides and bottom...lift up to overcome he window ledge...once partially out...disconnect the wiring harness and door cable...now you have access to the window regulator.
