I resealed oil pan and still have a oil leak. its above oil pan.

its between transmission pan and oil pan. i cannot figure out where its leaking from. crankcase maybe?

If engine oil leak, most likely rear main crankshaft seal. If transmission fluid leak, most likely front trans. pump seal(s).
