I need to replace the flasher relay

(1999 Toyota Camry)

my turn signals and hazard lights stopped working. the fuses and bulbs are fine, and i believe the problem is the flasher relay but i can't figure out how to get to it.

Test the hazard switch also. Signals go through that .

What do you mean 'get to it'? If you're asking about its location, it is located inside a panel underneath the driver's side dash. This panel is to the left of the foot rest. After getting inside the panel, the flasher relay is the small black box that you have to pull straight out (it might require some force). Good luck.
