What is your question?
will trans fluid work to clean engine internally, or would desiel fuel work or will either cause more harm than good, or are both these ideals crazy and i should drop the oil pan to clear out all debere. i also seem to have an oil leak that does not appear on ground and does not burn oil,but my driver's floorboard is soaked with what appears to be oil. typically i will put about a qt a week and have know ideal where it's going? any ideals

I have never heard of puttin transmission fluid in the engine in replacement to oil. As far as i know tranmission fluid can be used for Steering fluid and gear box/transmission fluid. Not in the engine for engine oil. See what the recommended engine oil type is for the vehicle and add that. dropping the pan is good to clear any rubbish. I have only ever put engine oil on the seal of the oil filter. i usuall run the engine, after 10 min stop it and check the oil level then top it up. the Filter takes about 1 litre. but top it up slowly. using the engine filler. I wouldnt use any other fluids except oil in the engine.
YES THAT'S CRAZY!!!,Don't do it!!,,drop oil pan good idea!,,tranny fluid and diesel NO! Bad idea!,although tranny fluid has been used, but don't leave it in to long,it will eat seals! ,text me @ 570 516 0645,not far from you!,agree with answer 1..
Just plan on purchasing an engine with that filter...........OR maybe give a little more info as to WHY there was no oil in the filter. Sounds more like pulling the pan might be the safer option to save the engine....just a thought.good luck.
