I have had no problems with my car. I tried to start the car today. It turns over with hesitancy for a 3-5 seconds then stops. Tried a few times today. Same thing happens. What could it be? Do I need a new fuel filter? Just need some suggestions.

It doesn't click. The engine trys to turnover but doesn't. I thought if battery or starter problem it may click & not turnover. I'm thinking something in the "main relay" maybe
