I have a rubbing sound when I go 60 mph or higher

(2014 Volkswagen Jetta)
in Georgetown, KY on January 11, 2019
It is a very noticeable sound that starts right at 60 mph and continues while driving as fast as 75 mph..There is no vibrations in the steering wheel and it does not pull to one side or the other. It sounds as thow it is directly in the front end drive train
What seems to make the problem better or worse? once you hit 60 mph it is there
How long have you had this problem? Since purchased 2 weeks ago
