i filled my gas tank and since then it is pulling codes C0561, P0300, P1174 and P0301. I went to Autozones, they pulled the codes for me and I put fuel injection cleaner in it and also Heet to remove water that might be in the gas. Any suggestions ..

Have shop scan 'LIVE DATA' would be less guesswork involved. IF DIY , then pull spark plugs and evaluate condition/cause of cyl. 1 misfire and also might be worth pulling a fuel sample. Near me , we recently had a gas station that the delivery driver put diesel into one of their gas tanks (The station doesn't even normally sell diesel!).
