I changed the antifreeze and now there's no heat coming out

More than likely there are air pockets in the system preventing flow. Watch level and continue to to fill as you go. Hopefully no blockages flowed into the heater core during the change.

Then let it sit overnight with the radiator cap off and top it off in the morning!... Plastic recovery tank too!!
