How to unstick the emission control vent valve on a 2007 3.8 liter kia sorento

Where is it located and how do I get to it I have the rear left tore offand do not see it

It's should be on the vacuum canister at the fuel tank. Sorry had to go back 17 pages to find you.

Will it cause it not to start at all or do I have another problem on my hands and what will cause a milky white liquid in the gas tank

Ethanol, moisture. Put some denatured alcohol in your gas to displace the moisture or water.

How much of it do I need to put in it I have nearly ten gallons of gas in there I put half a quart and it cranked but it has a misfire it is so bad it wont move out of the spot

It's pretty bad put the whole quart in. It will take a while to clear and it needs to mix in the tank. You might have to drain it and refill. The lines have to clear as well.
