how to replace steering wheel control switch assembly?

I do not want to pay for any advice. I am looking for input on how to get to the shroud to remove retaining screws to replace all four connectors on the steering wheel.

We try to give information for free and sometimes while trying to describe the ' how to ' it doesn't work for many. Most need a visual reference to go by, that's why the suggestion for a site to give you information you need. I pay over $200 a month to maintain this information for reference to some things I need.
