It won't just pop out like some say! I've struggled pulled and pried!

spray a little wd-40 around it.probably stuck in grommet that has got very hard.twist back and forth,try pulling up maybe with channel locks or pliers,without breaking it.change the grommet also.
Thanks, just tried it. It almost came out but still stuck! It fell inward under the valve cover and I had to pull it back up but still not coming out:( Any more suggestions? Don't wanna remove the valve cover... Might mess something up! I'm a girl :)
needle nose pliers.try and work it back through the hole.put a little grease around the hole in the valve cover and take your time trying to pull it through,is the pcv valve still attached to the grommet?4 cyl. engine?how did it fall in when pulling up?
Idk how I manage to do some of the things I do, seems to happen a lot though... Lol. I tried again with no success. Had to get a guy to do it for me :) He used vice grips a tire pry bar and a hammer to get out! Thanks for ur help!
i am so glad you got it out.i have been thinking about it,and was hoping you got it!i'm fixing to go through the same thing on my 93 accord.i replaced the pcv valve a while back,it was easy,but now i want to change the grommet.the grommet is HARD now,and i changed the valve cover gasket and the spark plug tube seals a little while back,why i didn't change that grommet then beats me!!now, if i have trouble with it falling in,while trying to get it out,i'm going to be mad at ME.anyways,glad you got it out.
