Q: how to remove rear windshield wiper motor? on 2008 Kia Sportage

Rookie cbe0621eac06868b3efe0d8d1d3611e23c60d3114864ea2ec19a68cfbd3eebab
My rear windshield wiper slowed down a few days ago and has now completely stopped moving (the blade is stuck in the middle of my windshield), I can hear the motor still running (even with wipers switched off)and would like to remove the unit and check to see what may be wrong... any advice on how this can be removed?

There is a nut at the bottom of the wiper arm tighten it up AFTER making sure the rear wiper and wiper motor are in the parked (off) position!!
