how to fix po740 code

Clear code , change fluid (Honda ATF only) post results. Should take 3&1/2 quarts. Check level after warmed up and driven 10 miles , then park on LEVEL surface and shut off, WAIT 1 minute and check dipstick (ENGINE OFF). Post results , -if code returns or shifting improves....................OR like the majority , don't bother replying .............nevermind............
