How to fix door locks and rear driver side door handle from being stuck?

For a while now my FOB will not unlock/lock the driver side front door or rear doors. I have to use the ket in the door, then the FOB or the control on the door will unlock the passenger side doors. Now this week, the rear driver side door handle will not lift up to open the door. The door will open from the inside handle. How do I fix the auto lock problem? How do I fix the outside door handle? Thanks in advance.
