how to fix a misfire

What is your question?

I took out cylinder 1 spark plug to make sure I bought the same plugs put the old plug back in started the car and now its missing, so I plug my obd2 machine in and it say cylinder 2 misfire.

Swap # 2 ignition coil with another cylinder - use scan tool to see if misfire follows TAHT coil.. You dig?
