how to do I remove the dashboard, and re-ground the A/c blower and control modul

A 'ground' looks like (usually) black wire , sometimes several spliced together , bolted to the body/chassis of vehicle. Some ground wires go into control modules or computers and are 'switched' to 'ground' internally , so it may not be something you can see. WHY are you trying to "re-ground" the blower control module?
