What can I do to make heater get warmer?

What is your question?

Very liitle heat. Both hoses to and from heater core are hot. Blower is operational. Where is the blend door, and how do I check it. Coolant levels are good. No prior issues with heat. Changed thermostat and back flushed heater core.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing
