What is your question?
My driver's seatbelt won't buckle and I've been having to use the passenger buckle. I've tried sticking a butter knife into the buckle to pull out any debris, but no luck. I've purchased a buckle from ebay, but I have no idea where to start on replacing it. Do I have to take the seat out? Is there a way to do this with minimal work (I am car-stupid)?

Right, that is a good source of info. You may or may not need to remove the seat, but disconnect the battery before you do the work in case there are any electrical components that must be disconnected. There will likely be a specific tool for removing the seatbelt retaining bolt, and most times it is an E-Torx or large Torx (45-55). Don't try to remove it with anything else, or you will be removing the bolt with a tow-truck and professional shop. Better to just pay a tech to replace the buckle in a few minutes than buy tools, figure it out, and maybe (or maybe not) save a few bucks.
