How do I measure the resistance between ground and a Solenoid Control circuit? procedure ask to do this and if resistance is below 5 ohms. UH? everything is 0 ohms disconnected. why would any ohms show at all with connectors disconnected and no power ?? ----------------------------- P0770 code-------------------- Turn the ignition off to the lock position. Disconnect the Transmission Control Module harness connector. Disconnect the Transmission Solenoid/TRS Assembly harness connector. Note: Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary. Measure the resistance between ground and the 4C Solenoid Control circuit. Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms? Yes → Repair the 4C Solenoid Control circuit for a short to ground. No → Go To 9
