How do I get the front drivers side brake caliper unseized on a 98 suzuki esteem

I was trying to reassemble the brakes,from replacing a lug stud.I Did try the bleeder valve. could this have anything to do with the emergency break?

When I looked online at 'autozone' , it doesn't show that caliper having e-brake as part of it. If it does , then it has everything to do with it! The piston would need to be turned back in while pressing it , special tool or improvisation ..if damage has not already been done.. Good luck.
