What is your question?
I noticed this started about 2 weeks ago. The car is making a repetitive ticking/flapping noise that is coming from the front end (engine area). I only hear it when the car is in motion and the faster I drive the faster the noise gets. I do also hear it when the car is moving in reverse. However, I do not hear it when the car is in park, sitting idle, or when revving the engine (neutral). After hearing the noise, I did have the tires inspected and rotated (front tires are now in the back). So I don't think it is a typical tire noise problem. The wheel alignment and steering is tracking fine on the road (no pulling). Also, I don't think it is a wheel bearing because it is not a humming or grinding sound. The best way I can describe it is like the sound of a playing card in bicycle spokes. Please help diagnose.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing. The faster I drive, the faster (more intense) it gets
