The blower is not working in my Saab 93 whenever it was working after I would turn it off it would click 10 to 15 times, usually when I would turn the car off. What could be the cause of the blower not working now
How long has your 2006 Saab 9-3 had this problem?
Noticed it this morning on my way to work

The blower motor itself or the "squirel cage" could be faulty or damaged. The clicking you describe sound a bad blend door actuator however. You will need to access the blower motor and see if its receiving power. If you'd feel more comfortable with a professional taking a look here is a link to shops in your area. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops
Hello, I would begin by checking the relay for the blower motor, then moving to the ignition switch. The blower motor relay should not be powered when the engine is turned off, but if it is sticking, it can. When the relay eventually fails, the blower motor would not function. Also, if the blower motor relay is in good condition, there is a possibility that the ignition switch is leaving items in the vehicle powered intermittently, and that will allow power to multiple accessories.
