Wonder if ECU is bad or somethin (oh checked every fuse in car)
( the car still will not crank will turn over but wont start)when you changed the cap and wires, did you remove 1 wire at a time or you just pulled all of them off a one time?did you install the wires in the correct firing order.firing order is 1,3,4,2! not cranking, means the engine is not spinning over.
all the spark plug wires are correct and where correct
have spark test and fuel pressure test done.
I had same problem on my mr2 and so did my find on his, exchanged the coolant temperature senor and it fixed the problem.
all this started on may 3.they never reply back and let you know if it's fixed or not!
Not yet resolved think going to replace distrubter
did you read that reply on here?someone came on and said they changed the coolant temp. sensor on their car and a friends car,and it fixed it!
Not my prob checked eas fine pos its distributer (orange spark) should be blue
