Replaced thermostat a year ago, While driving last night car overheated. Turn off ac turned heater to high and drive protect mode came on. Had to drive short distance in this mode until could get to safe stop. Let car cool for couple hours, added engine coolant started car but forgot reshoot cap so coolant blew some coolant out but quickly shut car off, allowed to cool again and added more coolant, then car wouldn’t start, towed car home let sit overnight. had to add more coolant this morning as reservoir was low. Tried to start car- still won’t start, battery power saving mode on and now push start switch won’t turn off. Had to disconnect battery positive cable to turn all power off. Help please

What Pushrod is saying -- this is far far far more complicated than any technical advice could help with. You desperately need professional assistance. With the amount of overheating this engine has experienced, it doesn't sound optimistic to me for anything simple to fix your concerns, especially with repairs a year ago also.
