using the remote and also manual pushing back button outside of vehicle. I have to assist no noise or leaks has been doing for about a week. Just got vehicle back from shop had wiring redone not sure if it is either bulb or wiring. I think it has something to do with liftgate support struts.

About the only diy suggestion is lower glass then spraying silicone lube into glass track guides - that may allow proper operations. Otherwise *hands-on* inspection / evaluation will be required. Good luck!

IF the ‘lift gate’ is what’s given problems - seek professional *hands-on* assistance . Return to repair facility that did previous work.
