growling and whine and smoking after power steering pump and line replaced.

i installed a different pump (remanufactured from advance auto parts) now fluid seem to just run out bottom of pump, can't see exactly. still no assist

Something is not connected correctly and/or your hoses might have ruptured(leaking).double check the line connections and check closely for a leaking hose. Also make sure the pulley on the pump was installed correctly. Check closely. ...
