Grinding noise from fan

What is your question?

With the fan or air is on there is a grinding noise on the passenger side. Sometimes it is constant, other times it will come and go. In addition, during long distances with the air on, water drips on the drives side at gas pedal. I didn't notice either issues during the winter when heat is on.

There is a bulletin out to correct the leak at the drain hose for the evaporator, and possibly needs a blower motor, bad bushing or bearing.
