What is your question?
I got two warning lights on the dash.one looks like a lightning bolt between parenthesis and the other looks like a car skidding. I asume the car skidding is traction control, but what is the other? Also, when these lights come on the car will go go over 55 mph. If I stop and shut the car off, the lights and problem are gone on re-start. Anybody know what might be going on?

i have this same light, but no manual/we looked it up the light is throttle isues, stuck gummy ect
that's correct.the lightning bolt means electronic throttle control, could try cleaning the throttle body, won't hurt.i just cleaned mine yesterday,i don't have a dodge.but i have a ford, and just removed the throttle body about 2 years ago,you would not have believed this,so i won't go there.but anyways.i cleaned it again yesterday, and it was very gummed up behind the throttle flap, gonna remove it again this week, but anyways here you go,right from the owners manual. From the Manual... This light informs you of a problem with the Electronic Throttle Control system. If a problem is detected the light will come on while the engine is running. Cycle the ignition key when the vehicle is completely stopped and the gear selector is in the PARK position. The light should turn off. If the light remains lit with the engine running your vehicle will usually be drivable, however, see your dealer for service as soon as possible. Ifthe light is flashing when the engine is running, immediate service is required and you may experience reduced performance, an elevated/rough idle or engine stall and your vehcle may require towing. The light will come on when the ignition is first turned on and remain on briefly as a bulb check. If the light does not during starting, have the system checked by an authorized dealer.
