For what reason would window need to be replaced after installing new regulator

window came out of channel. took to shop. tech claimed he fixed. After glue setup period, window came out of channel again. Took back. Tech stated he fixed again. waited 8 days before operating window. Not working again. Took back. Owner called and apologize for the repeated issue and states sash clips and window still attached but regulator is broken (?). They put in new regulator and now they said I need new window
