FAN STOPPED WORKING, AND AC IS NO LONGER COLD

I SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING AND THE COLD AIR TURNED HOT IN THE AC. ENGINE DOING OK, BUT A BIT ROUGHER AND SMELL OF BURNED RUBBER. CANT FIND ANYTHING BUT LOOKED LIKE THE radiator FAN IS NO LONGER WORKING.
