Fabric under the roof is coming undone. It is sagging every where!

Thanks. The interior ceiling fabric has come lose. There is no apparent water spots and no damage to the fabric it is just appears to be separating from the structure above. My truck is garaged and not damaged. What is causing this problem and can I repair it?
