What is your question?
My 2002 f150 refuses to start, has a brand new battery thats never been used, new alternator, new starter solonoid, and a new starter from wreckers which was tested, check all fuses in the engine and cab, all connections have been cleaned and put back on can not find the problem.

The smaller wire going to the starter doesn't have connection - when the upper solenoid clicks - there has got to be battery power on that wire before the starter will engage. Two people and a test light will prove it.. You should be able to figure out what to do...
IF unfamiliar with circuit testing you should seek *hands-on* help from qualified personnel. Good luck with it!
