Can you hear the in tank FUEL PUMP engage when key is first turned on?

May need a helper - a quiet environment is helpful as well. Each time key is turned from off to on - fuel pump should run for couple of seconds.

Additionally, this vehicle has the "inertia" fuel pump cut off switch that may be tripped for some reason, which can disrupt the fuel supply.
