engine oil leak lower left side,oil filter,valve covers and line connetions dry
What is your question?
need location of oil sending unit which is suspect.over 4,000 miles,uses 1/4 QT. 102,000 miles,runs and looks great. hope you can help

4.6L engine i am sure Just above the oil filter is the sender, it should appear as if the filter is leaking though! Why are you even concerned with 4 OZ. of oil in 4k mi.? Do you park on a carpeted floor and see a spot????

thanks for the info. garage floor is finished and ther have been a couple of people slipping incidents when car was not there. figured if it wasn't big deal i would fix it.
