What is your question?
Runs fine but fuel mileage is bad. Can clear the code but it comes back in a few minutes. All sensors have been replaced on the engine. Plugs Etc. Have you heard of what may cause this?

You forgot to mention what engine you had. Since your mileage is bad, I'm going to assume your fuel trim on Bank 1 is high (+25%). The most likely cause is a vacuum leak on the head somewhere (intake gasket, injector o-ring, pcv hose) if you already changed the Bank 1 O2 sensor. You really need a scantool with live data to properly diagnose the issue though. I use the Torque app and a cheap bluetooth odbII dongle.
ad live data with a scanner and watch fuel trims.it will give you an idea whats going on. you can always seek a prof diag
