This will be hard to diagnosis in person let alone online with out looking at it. What I can suggest is to get a second opinion. Here is a link to find a shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops I would also speak the to dealer on some kind of reimbursement if the module didn't fix anything. Alex
So, the totally integrated power module can cause all sorts of issues, but without hands on testing there is no way for me to confirm or deny the findings. The fact that it occurs when you turn and hit a bump leads me to believe you have a problem with loose connections somewhere, and I recall an issue that I solved with an F-250 where turning at the perfect angle while accelerating or hitting a bump would cause the engine to stall. The solution there was a lose connection to the engine control module due to a broken motor mounts, so I automatically think to check the engine and transmission mount first. Also, turning and hitting a bump will cause change in position of the ABS wheel speed sensor, and that will turn those lights on as well. Low idle may or may not be related, but it should be diagnosed using a diagnostic scan tool (not a code reader) which your dealership has. Last thing, I would not spend the extra cash bringing this to the dealership. An 11 year old vehicle can be repaired nearly anywhere.
Has a ‘complete scan test’ > (ALL modules) been performed by *qualified personnel* ? Yes I read it has been to the dealer - but - still would like to know if a scan test has been performed by **qualified personnel ** ? Anyone at dealership mention > steering angle sensor or maybe clock spring ?
