Dragging sensation from my wheel and it’s not the heat shield

Did that it and also goes away when I use the brakes then comes back when I let off

That IS without a doubt loose caliper mounting or damaged / missing brake pad hardware . Lightly applying brakes tightens everything up - release brakes - noise returns.. Closer inspection and manipulation of brake components should reveal culprit.. Some disassembly may be required. Good luck!
