does this vehicle have a timing belt or chain?

Although you did not share whether you have the 4 cylinder or V6 model, both have a timing chain. None of that would have to do with running rough at idle anyway. Testing should be performed to investigate a possible engine performance concern, dealing with ignition spark, fuel delivery and air intake --- along with base engine compression perhaps -- to find out what may be happening.

Engine mounts should be inspected as well.
