Did Jaguar have a recall on 2011, 2012 XF dash board replacement?

Problem #1 My dash board is completely tearing apart, mainly swelling and looking like a cheap car. Did they ever have a recall? what to do if you were not notified on any recalls? What are the steps that I can take to get problems resloved from Jaguar and dept of safety? Problem #2 Coolant leaking Please advise Thankyou
